MSC Enterprises was founded in 2002 by Mark Cornell, a Kansas City native with over 40 years of construction experience. The business has been family-owned since it was established. Austin Cornell, Mark's son, has served as president since 2018. Both Mark and Austin remain actively involved in all aspects of the business today.

Yes. MSC Enterprises is an active member of the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI) Kansas City Chapter. Austin Cornell served on the KC NARI board for seven years, including as board president, concluding that role in 2017. MSC is also a member of Remodelers Advantage.
